• 1 5 oz can of crispy chow mein noodles (round 4 cups)
• ½ cup salted peanuts
• Sprinkles elective

• In a microwave-safe bowl, soften white chocolate within the microwave in 25 seconds at a time till melted and easy. Make sure and stir every after every 25 seconds.

• As soon as melted, add within the chow mein noodles and peanuts and stir till effectively mixed and the peanuts and noodles are all coated.

• Drop medium-sized spoonful of the combination onto a parchment paper.
